Blitz U.S.A. began as a one-product, one-customer metals manufacturer of the original Jerry can used by the armed services as a container for gas or water. In 1986, Blitz U.S.A. expanded into plastics manufacturing of consumer goods, pioneering the now standard plastic gas can and has been industry leader in fuel containment for the past 20 years. Since then, Blitz U.S.A. has grown into a multi-product company providing “Great Stuff for the Garage to Garden” and is a major supplier to the mass, automotive, and hardware markets.

In 2009, Blitz U.S.A. acquired the 2x4basics® family of products as a natural line extension into our newest product category emphasis in active storage and organization. Blitz U.S.A. will continue to uphold the high standards in quality that do-it-yourselfers have come to expect and value from 2x4basics® products. Blitz U.S.A. is proud to carry the tradition of innovation that helped grow 2x4basics® into an internationally recognized brand, all made right here in the U.S.A.
